Disciples require candidates for membership to profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior – that’s it. We recognize all earlier baptisms (yes, even those baptized as infants). If a candidate for membership has no previous baptism, we typically baptize by immersion on a scheduled date.
If you are interested in joining, walk to the front of the church during the “Discipleship Hymn” and speak with the Pastor. The church will affirm your decision and welcome you into this body of Christ.
If you are transferring from another church, after you join Broad Street Christian Church, our Membership Team Leader will send a letter to your previous church requesting a Transfer.
We will want you to become involved in our many activities and opportunities for fellowship and mission.
